Methodology and sources
Forward-looking earnings dates come from each company's Investor Relations earnings-calendar page; the BMO/AMC timing is hand-curated alongside the date. Historical events are derived from SEC EDGAR 8-K filings tagged with Item 2.02 (Results of Operations and Financial Condition). For each historical 8-K, the BMO/AMC timing is inferred from the filing's acceptance timestamp (Eastern time) where available; ambiguous mid-day filings default to the company's typical pattern (overwhelmingly After Market Close for tech companies).
Cell click resolves in priority order: per-event preview page if one exists for that date (e.g. Palantir Q1 2026 earnings preview), then per-event recap page if the print has happened and the recap is published, then the underlying SEC filing or company IR earnings-calendar URL, then inert if none of the above exists.
Only orgs currently on /orgs/ appear on the calendar. Two known data gaps in v1: Alibaba (BABA) files Form 6-K rather than 8-K (foreign private issuer convention) and is not reachable via the Item-2.02 walk; Arrive AI (ARAI) may have earnings 8-Ks that don't tag Item 2.02 and so don't surface in the archive yet. Both are flagged for follow-up; the calendar otherwise covers 22 of 24 public orgs cleanly.
